Our Story

Chef Dani Reyes-Nakamura grew up between Oaxaca and Osaka — two grandmothers, two spice cabinets, one kid taking notes.
PRISM is that notebook, plated. A mole negro can love a scallion pancake. A churro can marry matcha. We built a kitchen where seven cities argue deliciously every night, and the only rule is that the plate wins. Borders end at the kitchen door.
